Each vegetable recipe here on A Veggie Venture starts off with summary information so you can quickly assess whether a recipe fits your needs. Here's how to read the recipe lists:Recipe Example 15min/30min–ww1–pp2–sp4–fs1–green2–blue1–purple1–carb7 ♥
15min/30min = Hands-on cooking time is 15 minutes and is ready to serve in 30 minutes
ww = All recipes include what I call "Old Points" dating from at least 2002 until 2010.
pp = All recipes published (or updated) since 2010 include PointsPlus.
sp = All recipes published (or updated) since 2015 also include SmartPoints, calculated without applying free vegetables, fruits and other "free" foods in the Freestyle and myWW programs.
fs = All recipes published (or updated) since 2017 also include Freestyle points, calculated with free veggies, free fruits and other "free" Weight Watchers foods. Freestyle is not Weight Watchers' current point-calculation system but it still has many followers and, great news, it still exists, it just has a new name, the "blue" plan.
green = All recipes published (or updated, an active effort) since late 2019 also include green points, one of the rainbow of three myWW points. (More information on which foods are now free in myWW here, Weight Watchers Zero Point "Free" Food Lists.)
blue = All recipes published (or updated, an active effort) since late 2019 also include blue points, part of the myWW program. Freestyle points and blue points are the same, just different names. This page is sorted by blue points but also includes the green and purple point values.
purple = All recipes published (or updated, an active effort) since late 2019 also include purple points, part of the myWW program.
PersonalPoints = WW introduced Personal Points in late 2021. It ends my ability to calculate your points for my recipes because, well, they're personal to you. For more information, please see WW Future Points.
carb = Total Carbs minus Fiber = NetCarbs, a good estimate of the carb impact.

Future Weight Watchers Point Updates
WW's introduction of PersonalPoints in late 2021 ended twenty years of calculating WW points for my recipes here at A Veggie Venture and Kitchen Parade, my food column.Why?
It was enough that WW imposed enormous effort to re-calculate points every two years, each time WW changed its point-counting algorithms. For some 1500 recipes, this meant not only (1) recalculating points one by one but also (2) updating each and every recipe page one by one.
Worse, with PersonalPoints, WW also inflicted enormous risk on my small business by requiring each of those 1500 recipes to be entered on the Weight Watchers site. With a single digit change to the WW URL structure (sorry, I know, it's technical), my entire business would soon fail, no fault of my own except to support WW members for 20 years.
