Finally! Vegetable Recipes with Weight Watchers Green, Blue & Purple Points
It's a big day for vegetable lovers who follow Weight Watchers! On Sunday, I flipped the switch, converting A Veggie Venture's most popular Weight Watchers page to the current point system, the myWW rainbow of green, blue and purple points.
Here's What You'll Find
The page is a work-in-progress but is definitely coming along. The page is super-organized, not just by points but by course and even by vegetable. As always, my goal is to make it super-easy for you to find exactly what you're looking for – fast.
The recipes are sorted by blue points, that's what Weight Watchers last called "Freestyle" and the middle point among the three current point-counting systems, the green, blue and purple plans.
The recipes include a new version of summary information. Here's an example.
Mexican Scrambled Eggs (Huevos Revueltos a la Mexicana) 15min/15min–ww4–pp4–sp5–fs0–green5–blue0–purple0–carb2 ♥
The timing information gives you an ideas of hands-on time and time-to-table. The points continue to include all the WW point systems dating back to 2001 but also include the current point system. I also include net carb counts because, well, that's a factor that's so important to so many people.
So many low-point recipes! But also, for the first time, all of A Veggie Venture's recipes, no matter the points. This means that for the first time, Weight Watchers-friendly main dishes are also included. Here is where the list stands at the moment.
60+ zero-point recipes
50+ one-point recipes
30+ two-point recipes
60+ higher-point recipes, including main dishes
200+ recipes
10+ new recipes added every week!
That's it! I hope you love the new page and find it useful in your cooking pursuits. Feedback encouraged! Here's the link, do check it out!

Thank you for your hard work.

Nancy ~ Thank YOU! The list was alllllmost ready to go last fall when WW changed the point system again. Argh! But I think I’ve figured out a system to react/respond relatively quickly from here on. I THINK.
DeleteIt's really nice that you kept previous points from 2001until now because a lot of people stayed on old programs because they worked for them (now it seems even WW agrees!)
