Aha! You're close, guys. It's a 'kind' of red cabbage, an Italian kind that starts with the letter R ... and the ears, what about the ears? (They're not vegetables but my favorite.) It's an Italian word, too!! And there's something else in the hair, not a vegetable but a plant. More guesses???
